RETURN SHIPPING

All return shipments if being returned upon a product defect or dissatisfaction will be paid in full by UX Platforms. We will provide you with a shipping label and RMA number. Please contact support@uxplatforms.com if you are making a return. 

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

Our main carrier for domestic shipments is UPS. We offer UPS Next Day Air®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, UPS 3-day Select®, or Ground. 
If you prefer to use you’re shipping account number or a different carrier. Please request a quote by clicking the link below and we will take care of the rest.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For all international customers, UX Platforms shipment terms are free on board (FOB) or Ex works (EXW). This will be reflected on your invoice. All customs and duty fees will be paid by the receiver.
